  • This review is about the book: Book 2: The King of Arrogance

I quite liked the book. The characters had nice development, especially the protagonist (Kai), which made it even more interesting. The chemistry between the two main characters was also very good, and their scenes were among my favorite parts ?.
The only thing that tired me was that in several places I felt there were scenes that simply filled the book without offering anything particularly important to the development of the story. Also, from a certain point on, the plot became quite predictable and I could guess what would follow.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed it and had a very nice time reading it.

Pleasant, but it didn't excite me as a book and plot. Somewhere around page 300 it drags a bit and towards the end it is a little predictable

I liked it very much, of course what bothered me a little is that it takes place in the same universe and at the same time as Twisted.
*spoiler* some characters from Twisted 2, 3 and especially 4, we see them in the book

This review is about the book: Book 1: The King of Wrath

Ana Huang is an author who writes in the genres of romance and adult literature. I would suggest that before you start the series with the kings, you begin with the twisted series. I recommend this purely because there are characters that are in the twisted books and appear in the series with the kings, and there is, in my opinion, an interesting connection with the characters. But this is purely my opinion! This does not mean that they cannot be read individually! From the kings series, starting with the first one, "King of Wrath." I really loved it, along with the characters and the plot! And the second book, "King of Pride," I liked a lot too!

Description & Specifications

Ana Huang, the author who has won the hearts of millions of readers around the world and already has a devoted following in Greece, returns with a new, much-anticipated story.

King of Gluttony, the sixth book in the bestselling Kings of Sin series, is a steamy romance about the burning desire between two rivals. Upon its release, the book topped the Sunday Times, New York Times, Globe and Mail, and USA Today bestseller lists.

Like the other books in the series, it can also be read as a standalone, offering a complete story filled with tension, passion, and thrilling twists.

She is his number one rival… and his greatest weakness.

Sebastian Laurent is handsome, talented, loved by (almost) everyone, and used to being at the top. Thanks to his intelligence and innate charm, the heir to a vast restaurant empire has become a legend. Only one person knows his weaknesses and the demons that haunt him: Maya Singh. Though the two have been at odds since childhood, she remains his… secret obsession. Maya is also the only person who drives him absolutely crazy. He can’t stand her, yet he can’t get her out of his mind.

Maya Singh is smart, quick-witted, and fiercely competitive. A senior marketing executive, she’s always known how to win… except when she’s up against Sebastian, the man who infuriates her like no one else, the one she’s spent her whole life trying to surpass. When a series of unfortunate events forces her to work with him, she’s determined to do everything she can to prove to everyone that she’s better than he is. But she’s surprised to realize that she might actually enjoy his company. The line between love and hate may be blurred, but Maya has no intention of crossing it. Not now, not ever.

WARNING: This book contains violence, profanity, erotic scenes, and explicit language.
