Full Stop! is an educational English game that helps with proper sentence formation. Answer questions such as: Should you use the Present Simple or the Present Continuous? Compose sentences from randomly selected words and practice grammar rules.
- Learn to recognize parts of speech and parts of a sentence (Subject, Verb, Adjective, Prepositions, Object).
- Create sentences using the correct word order in Affirmative, Negative, and Interrogative forms.
- Practice careful and conscious use of the Present Simple and the Present Continuous tenses.
The game includes:
- Game type: card game.
- Difficulty level: basic or intermediate (choose A2 or B1).
- Number of players: from 2 up to sixteen (using both decks).
- Age group: from 9/10 years old and up.
- Number of suggested game variations: 2.
Basic game rule: Players receive 10 word cards, with which they must compose complete sentences using additional randomly selected cards and tokens indicating possessive form ('s), question form (?), negation (not), and continuous form (-ing). The winner is the player who first forms a correct sentence (or set of sentences) using all their cards and shouts Full Stop!
