Specifications
Polartronix thermal pads are pre-cut to 6 × 6 mm and are 1 mm thick, for use with RAM, coils, MOSFETs and small integrated circuits. They are suitable for filling gaps and dissipating heat in electronic devices, computers, laptops, game consoles, household appliances and automotive equipment.
They are electrically non-conductive, non-corrosive and do not harden. They operate at temperatures from -40 °C to 200 °C and are resistant to compression, wear and fire, while providing electrical insulation.
