The throw ratio, or projection distance ratio, indicates the width of the image produced by the projector when placed at a specific distance from the screen. For example, a throw ratio of 1.3:1 means that the image will be 1 meter wide when the projector is placed 1.3 meters away from the screen.
The projection technology is the way the projector's lamp light is converted into an image to be projected through the lens onto a surface.
