The CZR i30 wheels are designed to withstand any challenge. They feature a reinforced carbon-fiber construction and are hand-built with double-butted spokes, brass nipples and high-engagement hubs equipped with premium bearings and large seals. CZR i30 rims are designed to handle any situation, with 5 mm of asymmetric spoke offset, reinforced spoke beds, a hookless rim design and an integrated Solid Strip. The 30 mm internal width is approved for enduro and optimizes volume and profile for 2.4–2.6" tires, allowing riders to run lower tire pressures for increased traction and comfort.

A durable nylon strip positioned between the rim and the tubeless tire prevents the tubeless strip from being compressed and ensures a smooth connection between the tire and rim. Its smooth surface makes tire installation easier and prevents air from escaping around the bead during inflation.

The CZR i30 wheels feature Frequency engagement hubs with a 6-pawl design that alternates between two sets of three pawls, providing an immediate 5-degree engagement. The heavy-duty pawl springs on the CZR i30 interlock with greater force to withstand the extra torque caused by sudden starts on steep trails.

If a CZR rim breaks during a ride, the original owner is eligible for a free replacement, provided the damage occurred while they were riding their bike.
