Solinea Nebu-dose Plus is a medical device containing 3% sodium chloride and hyaluronic acid. It is available in sterile, preservative-free, single-dose 5 ml vials and is intended for use with a nebulizer.

Its formula helps loosen airway secretions and improve respiratory comfort. The solution reduces the viscosity and elasticity of mucus, making it easier to clear. It also promotes the removal of water from the mucous membrane and submucosa, helping to reduce swelling in the airway walls.

Nebu-dose Plus supports the body’s natural mucus clearance mechanisms by promoting coughing and expectoration, helping to keep the airways clear. It is particularly recommended for inhalation therapy in patients with bronchiolitis, acute bronchitis, cystic fibrosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

The solution can be used with pneumatic nebulizers. Use 4 or 5 ml per inhalation, as recommended by a doctor and in accordance with the nebulizer instructions.

Nebu-dose Plus can also be used as an adjunct to other medicines intended for inhalation, after consulting a doctor. It should only be combined with other medicines on the recommendation of a healthcare professional.

Instructions for use

Pour the contents of the vial into the nebulizer, following the device instructions. Use 4 or 5 ml of solution per inhalation session, as recommended by a doctor. Use the contents immediately after opening and discard any remaining solution.
