Lumea sugar paste is easy to use and helps create smooth, even finishes, making it suitable for both professional pastry chefs and creative baking enthusiasts. The teddy brown shade complements natural decorations beautifully and adds extra warmth to every sweet creation.
This sugar paste is suitable for covering cakes and can be rolled out to a thickness of 2.5 mm. If the sugar paste has been left exposed on the work surface for too long and has dried out, the easiest solution is to add a little syrup made by boiling one tablespoon of sugar with one tablespoon of water. Lightly moisten your hands and knead the sugar paste again until it becomes elastic and workable. Do not use oil, as it will damage the elasticity of the sugar paste. A silicone work surface is recommended, but you can also work on a regular surface, lightly dusting it with starch if needed.
