• Tower stack: Stack one box on top of another. The base of the upper box acts as a lid for the one below, preventing the dough from drying out.
• Aerated stack: Ideal when the dough requires ventilation or needs to release some of its gases.
• Cross stack: After washing, it allows air to circulate between the stacked boxes for quick and thorough drying.

Additional Accessories: A drop-on lid is available that fits over the rims of the boxes, protecting the contents from exposure to the environment and preventing the risk of external contamination.
