The VetExpert treat for small-breed puppies comes in a bar shape and contains turkey as its only animal protein. It is hypoallergenic and suitable for a BARF diet, and can be given as a reward between meals. It is not a substitute for complete food, and should make up no more than 15% of the daily ration.

Its ingredients include salmon and krill oils, flaxseed, and unrefined borage oil. Once opened, use within 21 days. Store in a tightly sealed container in a dry place at 15–25°C, protected from direct sunlight and moisture. Fresh water should always be available.
