The 2″ x 1/2″ reducing nipple is a plumbing fitting with male threads at both ends, but different diameters: 2″ on one side and 1/2″ on the other. Thanks to its reducing design, it connects two fittings with female threads of different sizes without the need for intermediate adapters.

It is especially useful in pool and aquarium installations, as well as in general plumbing connections where a transition from 2″ to 1/2″ is required.

Its body is made of durable material that offers high resistance to pressure and corrosion for long-lasting, reliable performance.

For a watertight seal, it is recommended to wrap the threads with Teflon tape before tightening.
