Kitchen and Burnt Grease Cleaner Fornonet 750ml

Sanitec Fornonet is a highly concentrated, alkaline foaming cleaner designed to effectively remove burnt-on grease, oils and charred food residues from professional kitchen equipment. Its powerful formula works immediately, even on the most stubborn dirt, significantly reducing cleaning time.

Its special foaming formula creates a dense foam that clings to vertical surfaces, ensuring a longer contact time and effective cleaning, even in hard-to-reach areas. Ideal for:

  • Ovens
  • Grills
  • Griddles
  • Racks
  • Extractor hoods
  • Fryers

The product complies with HACCP principles, making it an ideal choice for commercial kitchens, catering facilities and food industries.

Directions for use:

  • Ovens – Grills – Griddles: Make sure the oven is switched off. Apply the product undiluted. Leave it to work for a few minutes. Scrub with a sponge or brush. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
  • Fryers: Drain the oil and fill the tank with water. Add 50–100 ml of product per litre of water. Heat the solution without exceeding 100°C. Drain, clean off any residue and rinse thoroughly.
  • Extractor hoods: Prepare a solution of 50–100 ml per litre of hot water. Soak the dismantled filters for 5–30 minutes. Rinse very thoroughly with clean water.
