The VIDOS FT01 photoelectric sensor is designed to work with garage door automation systems. The set includes a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter sends an infrared beam to the receiver. If an object (e.g. a car or a person) enters the field of the resulting beam, the photoelectric sensor will respond by sending a signal to change the state of the controller input.
