Microbiome Labs Fodmate enzyme supplement contains a patented blend of enzymes that help break down hard-to-digest carbohydrates in the FODMAP group, such as inulin, fructooligosaccharides, lactose, pectins and complex sugars in legumes. Its formula includes endo- and exo-inulinase, glucose isomerase, pectinase, lactase and alpha-galactosidase.

It supports normal gastrointestinal function and is intended for people with sensitivities to lactose, fructose or FODMAP carbohydrates. The recommended dose for adults and children over 8 years of age is 2 capsules, 2–3 times daily with meals.
