I don’t know how many stars to give it. Every time it fills up to about 3 points, it gets clogged and doesn’t suction; you have to clean it again. It’s very tiring and doesn’t let you get any work done. I also put defoamer in the tank, but it keeps getting clogged. I don’t think it’s worth it
The product itself does what it promises. Nothing more. Don't expect miracles. If you have stubborn stains, old stains, etc., it requires some preparation with a cleaner, due to scrubbing, and at best, if you have a steam cleaner as well, then it will make it look like new, without exaggeration. Now, from the specific store where I got it, I don't know who is to blame, but it arrived with a small piece broken on one of the two extensions it has. That's all. I haven't used them yet to know if this causes any leaks, etc., but I'm mentioning it so you can be prepared. I won't return it because I don't think it's worth the hassle, or that it will make a difference, etc. I'll upload a photo later; I'm just bored right now...
