Green Idea essential oil contains an extract of the whole Equisetum arvense plant, standardised to provide 7% silica. The daily dose of 90 drops corresponds to 240 mg of extract and is intended for adults over 18 years of age.
Take diluted in water or a cold drink. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, and not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place, away from children and direct sunlight.
