L-Tryptophan (Tryptophan B) is a dietary supplement containing the essential amino acid L-tryptophan combined with vitamins B6 and B3. The product is designed to support the normal condition and function of the nervous system, promoting emotional balance, relaxation and sleep quality.

L-Tryptophan 490.6 mg is an essential amino acid and a precursor to serotonin (“the happiness hormone”, which regulates mood) and melatonin (a hormone that regulates the sleep-wake cycle).

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine 6.3 mg) is a crucial coenzyme factor in the conversion of tryptophan into serotonin. B6 deficiency may reduce the effectiveness of tryptophan. B6 also contributes to the normal function of the nervous system. The daily dose provides 357% of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV).

Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide 3.1 mg) contributes to normal psychological function and the maintenance of a healthy nervous system.

Recommended use: For adults over 18: take 1 capsule daily with a meal.
