The Gledopto Elite 1D2P-EXMU Digital + PWM WLED Controller (GL-C-620WL) is a smart LED controller based on the ESP32, with WLED firmware preinstalled at the factory. It features one digital LED output and two PWM outputs, offering a combined solution for controlling both digital LED strips (pixel LEDs) and conventional PWM-controlled LED strips.
The controller operates independently for decorative RGBIC lighting installations, as well as for single-color or CCT white light strips. The digital LED output supports the most common single-wire smart LED ICs, such as WS2811, WS2812B, WS2813, WS2815, SK6812, and other digital LED types supported by WLED. The two PWM outputs are designed for controlling single-color or CCT light strips.
An integrated relay physically disconnects power from the connected LED strips when the controller is switched off, reducing standby power consumption. The relay controls only the LED power supply and is not intended to control the mains power supply.
As part of the Elite product series, the Gledopto Elite 1D2P-EXMU combines a redesigned electronic architecture, a replaceable fuse holder, factory-configured WLED firmware, an Ethernet connection, a USB Type-C service port, quick-connect terminals, and a GPIO expansion port.
The controller is optimized for local operation and provides full functionality without an internet connection, primarily for users of Home Assistant, MQTT, Node-RED, and other open-source automation platforms. The product is mainly intended for DIY users, so a basic understanding of networking and smart home systems is recommended for setup.
