Gall Pharma Borretschol capsules contain 500 mg of cold-pressed borage seed oil from Borago officinalis and vitamin E. The oil provides unsaturated fatty acids, including 20% gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), while vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

The product helps maintain normal hormonal balance and the normal function of the cardiovascular and endocrine systems. The recommended daily intake for adults over 18 is 1 capsule, 1–3 times a day, with plenty of water. It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, and the recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
