  • Zinc (citrate) — 15.6 mg (5 mg Zn)
  • Zinc (picolinate) — 47.6 mg (10 mg Zn)
  • Copper (bisglycinate) — 5.5 mg (1.5 mg Cu)
  • Total: 25 mg zinc (Zn) + 1.5 mg copper (Cu) per capsule
