Automatic LiFePO4 charging – Correct settings with no manual adjustments
High efficiency and effective cooling
With an output power of 150 W and 90% efficiency, it ensures effective battery charging while using energy efficiently. A built-in fan actively cools the components, allowing the charger to operate reliably, even during longer charging cycles. An LED lets you quickly check the device’s operating status without taking additional measurements. A red LED indicates that the charger is charging the battery, while a green LED signals that charging is complete.
Specialized CC/CV charging – Tailored for LiFePO4 batteries
Two-stage CC/CV charging operation
The charger uses a two-stage CC/CV charging operation, suitable for 12.8 V LiFePO4 batteries. In the first CC (constant current) stage, the device charges the battery at a constant current of up to 10 A ±0.2 A, ensuring fast recharging. Once the correct voltage level is reached, it switches to the CV (constant voltage) stage, maintaining the voltage at 14.6 V ±0.2 V while the charging current gradually decreases. This allows charging to be completed in a controlled manner without the need for manual adjustments.
Correct connection, safe charging
Before starting the charging process, make sure the battery is a 12.8 V LiFePO4 type and that the charger is disconnected from the power source. Connect the red clamp (+) to the battery’s positive terminal, then connect the black clamp (–) to the negative terminal. After confirming that the connections are correct, plug the charger into a 230 V AC power source. The device will automatically start charging in CC/CV mode, tailored to the characteristics of the LiFePO4 battery. Once charging is complete, first disconnect the charger from the power source, then remove the black clamp, and finally the red one.
Comprehensive protection, automatic monitoring, safe charging
It features multiple safety measures that protect both the device and the connected battery throughout the charging process. Reverse-polarity protection prevents incorrect terminal connections, overvoltage protection limits the risk of exceeding the permitted voltage, and thermal protection responds to excessive temperature increases. Additional short-circuit protection enhances safety in the event of a short circuit. Once the appropriate charge level is reached, the device automatically stops charging, so continuous monitoring is not required.
