The Hama 202017 is a Toslink (ODT) optical cable for digital audio transmission between a TV, soundbar, AV receiver, game console and other devices with an optical audio output. It supports high-resolution Hi-Fi stereo sound, while the optical fibre transmits the signal without electromagnetic interference. The flexible optical fibre construction and reinforced kink protection help extend the cable’s service life.
More than 20% of the cable is made from certified recycled materials, while the outer jacket, kink protection and connector housings are made from 100% recycled plastic. The packaging contains no plastic and is made from FSC-certified paper and cardboard.
