The special screen adhesive tape helps restore a proper seal and a clean finish on your smartphone after repair. This high-quality pre-cut adhesive tape is carefully designed to match the construction of a specific model, making installation easier, ensuring precise alignment, and eliminating the need for additional cutting.
-
Precise fit: The adhesive tape is cut precisely so that it does not extend beyond the edges of the frame.
-
Strong adhesion: Provides a strong bond between the screen and the phone frame, helping to reduce the ingress of dust and moisture into the device.
-
OEM standards: The workmanship quality matches the seals used during original assembly.
-
Easy application: The adhesive tape is supplied on a transfer film, making it easier to position precisely on the phone.
When should the adhesive tape be replaced?
- When replacing the battery or repairing internal components if the screen needs to be removed.
- When replacing the screen.
- When the old adhesive tape has lost its adhesive properties or has been damaged during disassembly.
Installation tip: Before applying the new adhesive tape, carefully remove all residue from the old tape, then clean and degrease the frame edges and the screen’s contact surface for maximum bonding strength.
Important: Installing new adhesive tape helps restore a proper seal on the device, but the tape itself does not guarantee restoration of the phone’s original water resistance or IP protection rating.
