The Radiomaster TX16S MK3 is a high-quality RC transmitter, suitable for demanding pilots. It features a large 5" touchscreen and a dual-band integrated ELRS Gemini module, ensuring maximum reliability in RC transmission. The transmitter is equipped with large V6 Hall gimbals with four bearings, providing smooth operation, high precision, and a long service life. The gimbals are mechanically adjustable, allowing you to adjust the stick travel and spring tension. RGB LED rings around the gimbals can be controlled via LUA scripts.
For additional model control, it has 8 switches, 2 rotary knobs, 2 sliders, and a six-position channel controlled by buttons with adjustable LED lighting. The radio setup is the same as on other Radiomaster models, using 6 buttons and a rotary knob. The 5" IPS screen, with a resolution of 480×800 pixels, offers high brightness and a wide viewing angle, keeping text easy to read even in sunlight.
Powered by a high-performance STM32H7 processor, the transmitter offers a fast response. The TX16S MK3 has 4GB of internal memory, which can be expanded with a microSD card. It runs fully customizable EdgeTX firmware (the successor to OpenTX). For future expansion, it includes a built-in microphone and gyroscope. The built-in gyroscope with TiltX/TiltY functions enables advanced control options, such as activating switches or moving cameras by tilting the transmitter.
The internal ELRS transmission module uses two LR11211 chips, capable of transmitting at 2.4GHz or 868/915MHz with power of up to 1W. The module can operate in Gemini or XROSSBAND modes. The transmitter has two antennas and active fan cooling. A JR bay on the back allows for the addition of an external transmission module. It is powered by two 18650 Li-ion batteries or a 2S LiPo battery and can be charged via USB-C.
