The KIWI Design K4 Flex head strap replaces the standard strap on the Meta Quest 3 and 3S. Its flexible rear support and soft foam padding wrap around the head and distribute the weight, reducing pressure on the face.

The flat back makes it suitable for playing while lying on a sofa or bed, or sitting in a high-backed chair. The elastic adjustment fits both children and adults, leaves room for glasses, and the strap folds for storage or travel. It does not have a battery.
