Tekvica Oil 100% is a herbal food supplement from the Czech company Virde, containing 100% cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil enriched with vitamin E. It has antioxidant properties that support cell health and bladder function.

Cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil is a natural source of phytosterols, fatty acids, minerals and antioxidants, which protect cells from the harmful effects of free radicals and oxidative stress, support the normal function of the urinary and excretory systems, promote cardiovascular health, and help regulate blood sugar and LDL cholesterol levels.

Recommended daily dose for adults over 18: 1 teaspoon 1–3 times daily (i.e. 5–15 ml). It can be consumed on its own or added to cold dishes and salads. Do not heat.

Ingredients (per 15 ml daily dose):

• Pumpkin seed oil (Cucurbita pepo) 14.5 ml
• Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol) 75 mg (624% NRV)

Storage: Store in a dry, cool place, protected from moisture and direct sunlight, at a temperature of 5–25°C.
