Dr Wakde's Guggul capsules contain guggul resin powder (Commiphora mukul), purified in a Triphala fruit decoction. Each capsule contains 470 mg of guggul. The recommended daily dose is 2–4 capsules, and the supplement contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

The plant-based capsule is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), and the product is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. It contains no fillers, binders, gluten, wheat, preservatives, artificial colors, yeast, or sugar. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if under 12 years of age, and do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not a substitute for a varied diet.
