Plantis® evening primrose oil is a dietary supplement from the Plantis® range by the Spanish company Artesania Agricola. Evening primrose oil offers multiple health benefits. It contains vitamin E, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and other omega-6 fatty acids. It has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and soothing properties. The supplement supports the nervous system and helps regulate hormonal balance.

Evening primrose oil is extracted from the seeds of the Oenothera biennis plant, which is native to North America. It is beneficial for various health conditions and is recommended for dermatological disorders, joint problems, neurological disorders, premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and menopause.

• Premenstrual pain: Evening primrose oil helps relieve symptoms of premenstrual syndrome, such as breast pain, cramps, depression and anxiety.
