Milk thistle tincture is a plant-based supplement in liquid form, designed for daily use to support normal liver function and digestion. The formula contains a standardised milk thistle seed extract with 80% silymarin in liquid form for easy dosing.

Silymarin is the product’s main biologically active ingredient. It is why milk thistle is used in plant-based supplements intended to support normal liver function. Thanks to the standardised extract, each daily dose provides a consistent amount of silymarin.

Milk thistle also has a positive effect on digestion, as it supports the liver’s normal production of bile, which is necessary for the breakdown and absorption of dietary fats.

Ingredients per 3–6 ml daily dose:

• Standardised milk thistle seed extract (Silybum marianum), providing 80% silymarin: 114–228 mg
• Purified water, ethyl alcohol (minimum 35% vol.), glycerine.

Gluten-free and free from genetically modified organisms. Suitable for vegans.

Directions for use: Helps maintain normal liver function and contributes to normal digestion.

Note: If pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, consult a doctor before use. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children.

Recommended daily dose: Adults over 18: Take 1–2 ml three times a day, added to a cold drink. Recommended cycle: 4 weeks of use followed by a 1-week break.
