Lemon Pharma Flower Essence Vervain No. 31 is prepared using Dr. Bach’s method and contains flower essence from vervain (Verbena officinalis). It is intended to support emotional balance and inner calm, and is associated with managing inner tension and hyperactivity.
Take 3–4 drops diluted in a little water or directly on the tongue, up to 3–4 times a day, as needed. Contains alcohol (27% vol.), water and vervain flower essence. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, and do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C and keep out of reach of children.
