Lemon Pharma Dr Bach chewing gums combine four Bach flower extracts: wild rose, olive, hornbeam and elm. The formula is intended to support energy balance, boost vitality and help manage everyday stress, while the extracts are associated with reducing fatigue and promoting self-confidence.

They contain sorbitol, maltitol, maltitol syrup and xylitol. The recommended use is 4–8 chewing gums per day; excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children. They are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
