Mumijo is a sticky substance found mainly in rocks in the Himalayas. It forms over centuries through the gradual decomposition of plants. It is often used in Ayurvedic medicine and is considered a beneficial supplement for general health and wellbeing.

Traditionally used mainly in Russia, the Altai Mountains, Mongolia, Iran, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, mumijo supplements help prevent and treat infections. They also have immunostimulatory and anti-allergic properties, and some studies have identified potential neuroprotective properties.

Ingredients: mumijo powder, corn starch, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsules, L-ascorbic acid, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid, cyanocobalamin.
