Dary Natury’s product is a high-quality, cold-pressed oil made from organic milk thistle seeds. Rich in silymarin, the oil strengthens blood vessel walls, regulates blood clotting, protects blood vessels from various inflammations and supports heart function. Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) belongs to the Asteraceae family and is effective for many health conditions. The raw material for the oil comes from organic farming.

Recommended daily dose: 24 ml of oil (3 tablespoons), taken all at once or in divided doses, preferably with meals. The oil can be added to salads and sauces.

In traditional medicine, this oil is used for gastric, duodenal and colon ulcers, liver cirrhosis, fatty liver, gallbladder inflammation, gallstones and after jaundice. Milk thistle oil has an immediate effect after consuming heavy meals or large amounts of alcohol. It also helps with recovery after antibiotic treatment.
