The SQLAB 3OX Carbon 16° handlebar is ergonomically designed for demanding MTB riders. Various tests confirm that this carbon component is lightweight and exceptionally durable. SQlab was one of only two manufacturers to pass the strength test without any issues.
The 3OX series combines an anatomical shape with the right wall thickness and diameter to withstand the changing forces experienced while riding. Mountain bike trails, such as root-covered paths and rock gardens, can put increased pressure on your hands, potentially leading to numbness or premature fatigue over time. This is not a problem for the 3OX Carbon, which offers excellent shock absorption under higher loads.
The handlebar's 4° upsweep positions your elbows optimally for a dynamic riding style. It is available in low, medium, or high rise so you can find the handlebar position that suits your preferences. The 16° backsweep creates a more natural transition from forearm to hand in a slightly extended riding position, helping reduce pressure on your wrists and protecting them from sudden overloads during fast, dynamic descents.
