It works using steam pressure, although it produces less pressure than professional machines—usually 2 to 3 bar. It’s important to use coffee grounds that are coarser than those used in espresso machines. The heat-resistant handle makes serving easy and safe, while its compact size makes it ideal for any kitchen.
