Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to normal collagen formation.
The recommended daily dose for adults and children over 6 years of age is 4 tablespoons (60 ml). The juice can be consumed directly or added to water or juice. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 14 days. Not intended for people prone to kidney stone formation or with kidney stones. It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
