The Swiss Haus SH-SCLC26B shallow non-stick casserole dish combines a practical size, a large cooking surface and a low-profile design. With a diameter of 26cm, a capacity of 3.6L and a height of 8cm, it is ideal for sautéing, simmering and frying, as well as preparing meat, chicken, vegetables, pasta, sauces and many other dishes.
Its aluminium construction ensures fast, even heat distribution, while the Sapphire ceramic non-stick coating helps prevent food from sticking, allowing you to cook with less oil or butter. The coating is free from PFAS, PFOA, PTFE and PFOS, as well as cadmium and lead.
The glass lid lets you monitor your food as it cooks, while the two ergonomic side handles provide a comfortable, secure grip. The Swiss Haus SH-SCLC26B is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction, gas, electric and ceramic. It can also be used in the oven at temperatures up to 160°C without the lid.
Thanks to the Sapphire non-stick surface, food residue is easy to remove after cooking. Hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the non-stick coating.
