The Inkling Boy adds more challenges to Splatoon that reward the player with exclusive gear and Squid Racer to play on the arcade machine when completed. It adds an element to Hyrule Warriors. It can be used in Mario Party 10 daily to unlock a scratch card that gives the player Mario Party points. It can also be used in Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker to give the player an extra life.
