CSGR thermal paste is a thermal putty designed to replace soft thermal pads on VRAM, VRMs, controllers, and uneven contact areas with the heatsink. It is moldable and electrically non-conductive, and fills gaps of up to approximately 3 mm without measuring, stacking, or cutting thermal pads. It is used in laptops, consoles, desktop graphics cards, and electronics repairs.
