Benman polyurethane sealant for wood is a white adhesive sealant that bonds to construction materials, sheet metal, aluminium, stainless steel, lead, copper, ceramic, glass, wood and various plastics. It is used in expansion joints and for sealing or bonding ventilation ducts, gutters and drain traps. It can also seal sheet-metal seams and help reduce vibration in sheet-metal assembly work.
It remains flexible, can be painted and does not sag, become sticky or collect dirt. It is applied with a caulking gun and can be smoothed. The surface skin formation time is 40 ± 10 minutes.
