Camu camu is a dietary supplement from the German company Karl Minck Naturheilmittel. The delicious red camu camu berries are exceptionally rich in natural vitamin C, which is readily absorbed by the body. This product supports immune system function, reduces fatigue, enhances iron absorption, protects the body from oxidative stress and stimulates energy metabolism. The supplement supports the function of all the organs and systems in the body. The formula also contains additional vitamin C, as well as trace elements such as zinc and selenium. It is gluten- and lactose-free. This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Nutritional Composition:
In addition to its impressive vitamin C content, camu camu contains minerals, antioxidants and polyphenols. The fruit is rich in minerals such as sodium, potassium, calcium, zinc, magnesium, manganese and copper. The antioxidants found in camu camu include ascorbic acid and two anthocyanin compounds: cyanidin-3-glucoside and delphinidin-3-glucoside. The polyphenols in camu camu include various types of flavonoids, phenolic acids, tannins, stilbenes and lignans.
