Fisetin, manufactured by the American company Double Wood Supplements, has antioxidant properties and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Fisetin is a flavonol—a yellow plant pigment belonging to the polyphenol group. Strawberries are the best dietary source of fisetin, followed by apples and persimmons.

Compared with well-known plant antioxidants such as resveratrol and quercetin, fisetin was long overlooked by science. It is only in recent years that researchers have begun to explore its tremendous medical potential.
