Each capsule contains 5 billion CFU from a combination of 10 probiotic strains, as well as acacia, a source of soluble fibre. The gastro-resistant plant-based coating helps release the ingredients after they pass through the acidic environment of the stomach.

The formula also contains zinc, vitamin D3 from lichen and walnut bud extract. The recommended daily dose for adults over 18 is 1 capsule, 1–2 times a day. Gluten-free. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, and the recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
