Walmark Lecithin capsules contain 1200 mg of soybean lecithin each, derived from soybean seeds and subjected to double filtration. Lecithin helps support liver function and lipid metabolism, while its linoleic acid content helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels as part of a balanced diet.
Each capsule contains at least 341 mg of linoleic acid. The recommended daily dose is 1–2 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of young children and do not give to children under 3 years of age. This product is not a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a dry place, away from light and heat, at a temperature below 25 °C. The beneficial effect of linoleic acid is achieved with a daily intake of at least 10 g as part of a balanced diet.
