Kompava lecithin soft capsules contain soy lecithin and are intended to support normal lipid metabolism and normal liver function. Lecithin is part of cell membrane structure and acts as an emulsifier for fats in the digestive tract, helping break them down and absorb them. The supplement also contains phosphatidylcholine, a component of phospholipids, and choline, a precursor to acetylcholine.
The recommended daily dose for adults is 2 capsules with plenty of water. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of young children.
