The La Romano Madena duvet cover is part of a set made from 300 TC cotton sateen with a floral pattern on a white background. It is made from 100% mercerised cotton, with no synthetic fibres, and has a smooth texture. The reverse side of the duvet cover is solid green.

The set includes a duvet cover with button closure, a flat sheet and four pillowcases. The duvet cover and rectangular pillowcases feature decorative piping with satin cord.
