The Velamp SPK12 solar torch light creates a flame effect and switches on automatically at dusk or at night, thanks to its light sensor. It charges using solar energy during the day and, when fully charged, provides up to 5 hours of light in summer. No wiring is required, and it can be placed on lawns, in flower beds, along paths, among potted plants or on patios.
The rechargeable Ni-MH battery has a capacity of 200 mAh, and charging takes 6–8 hours on sunny days. For a full charge, place the light in a sunny spot. Its IP65 rating makes it weather-resistant.
