Alter Medica Fir Essential oil is derived from Siberian fir (Abies sibirica) and consists of 100% fir oil. It is intended for oral use as a food supplement and is used to support the normal functioning of the immune and respiratory systems.
The recommended daily dose for adults over 18 is 5–10 drops on a teaspoon of honey or sugar. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor before use. Not recommended for people with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. It should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, and the recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
