The Viking 107223 Pilates ring adds controlled compression resistance to Pilates and muscle-strengthening exercises. Its fiberglass inner core is combined with a soft, non-slip rubber coating. Reinforced, softly padded handles are positioned on the inner and outer sides for use with the hands or between the thighs.
It can be incorporated into exercises for the thighs, glutes, arms, chest and core, as well as Pilates Mat and functional training programs. Its construction is designed to maintain its shape during regular use, and it is easy to carry between home, a Pilates studio or the gym.
