The Lieblingsglas stainless steel strainer is designed for draining curds, yogurt, or kefir in a glass jar. It sits over the mouth of the jar and lets the whey drain away by gravity while the mixture remains in the strainer. It is suitable for making ricotta, cream cheese, quark, and Greek yogurt.
The stainless steel mesh is dishwasher-safe and suitable for use at temperatures from -40 °C to 200 °C. Jar not included.
