The Ram Mounts IntelliSkin Next Gen protective case for the Samsung Tab Active5 combines a hard plastic shell with soft, shock-absorbing rubber. Two integrated GDS connectors, with pogo contacts on the back and a D Shape platform, support charging and data synchronization. The external USB-C port allows charging even when a GDS Uni-Conn dock is not available, while a dedicated slot holds the S Pen.
The flat pogo contacts are designed for repeated docking, protect the device’s port, and are easier to clean. The case provides military-grade drop protection and is compatible with all GDS Uni-Conn docks, but not with the GDS Tough-Dock series.
